Parking at The Round

We have outlined all the parking options below – for visitors and tenants – so you will find plenty of parking at The Round. The Round is not a Park-and-Ride Facility for Tri-Met/Max users. Please see below for Park-and-Ride options in the area.

 

The Round Parking Garage

The parking garage has almost 400 spaces and is located at 12655 SW Millikan Way, between the two office buildings. The entrance is easy to find between Watson Avenue and Rose Biggi Avenue. This lot is open to employees, tenants and visitors of The Round.

 

Parking Lots

Lot 1 – This lot is now OPEN for retail visitor parking with a 3-hour maximum.

Lot 2 – This lot is now OPEN for retail and office employee parking.

Lot 3 – This lot is gated, reserved parking for the residents of the Lofts at The Round Condominiums.

Lot 5 – This lot is now OPEN for office parking.

 

Street Parking

For additional parking options, visitors can choose to park in the angled parking spaces along Crescent Avenue, or use the parallel parking spaces along Rose Biggi Avenue, Millikan Way, or Watson Avenue.

 

Car-charging Stations

There are two “Blink” electric car-charging stations at the north end of Rose Biggi Avenue in the parallel street parking area. (This street is currently blocked just past the charging stations where it meets the former Westgate Theater property.)

 

TriMet Parking

There are no park-and-ride spaces for Trimet/MAX riders at The Round. However, there is a Park & Ride located just a few blocks west of The Round, at SW Millikan Way and 141st/Shannon Place, Beaverton. It is open all days with 400 parking spaces, and you can park your car here for up to 24 hrs while riding Trimet/Max.
